Group Leader: Ann Rawlinson

Our Poetry Appreciation Group meets once a month in a member’s home and so it is restricted to six .
Each month, members are tasked with a subject to research, from their own book shelves, the library or the internet and find a poem to suit the theme.
Subjects might include nature, the seasons or a specific poet.
Members read their findings to the group and then we might discuss the contribution.
We don’t have to write poems – just enjoy the words of others.
