It is important that your emergency contact details are up to date AND CORRECT.
Especially when attending meetings, trips and events.
Your details are sent out to you on an Annual basis, to check if what we hold for you is correct.
It is up to you to inform Rayleigh Grange u3a if you change anything in between the Annual checks.
Please contact Beacon Admin if you need anything changed.
In the event of bad weather, (Extreme Cold, or Extreme Heat), or any other serious problem, necessitating the cancellation of the Monthly Meeting, the following procedure will apply:
1. Rayleigh Grange u3a will cancel the speaker.
2. The Website Editor will update the Latest Notices on the Home Page of the website to inform of the cancellation.
3. The Rayleigh Grange u3a Committee will email members who have an email address to inform them of the cancellation.
